2015 Mountadam Vineyards Eden Valley Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Top notes of blackpepper, liquorice and dried meats are followed by vanillin cedar aromas with the pepper carrying right through to the end. Medium bodied with an elegant mouthfeel the palate has flavours of blackberry and liquorice infused with blackpepper over dried meats, vanillin cedar and spicy pepper. Aftertaste of spicy pepper, blackberries, liquorice, dried meats and spicy pepper.
