2015 Moss Wood Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with greenish straw tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense ripe peach and apricot top notes meld their way into some lemon butter and bees wax characters followed by spicy nougat and subtle cashew. Rich and textured with a full, creamy like mouthfeel the palate boasts a concentrated flavour profile of apricots and peaches intermixed with bees wax and lemon butter over a back drop of cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Long aftertaste of ripe apricots, peaches, lemon butter, bees wax, spicy cashew and nougat.
Cellar 5-6 years.
