2015 Moss Wood Amy's Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Malbec Petit Verdot

Magnificent colour saturation displaying an impenetrable inky black core with a deep bright dark red black hue. Scents of blackcurrant and mulberries infused with bay leaf are followed by some cedary tobacco characters with dried herb end notes. Medium bodied the palate delivers a youthful flavour profile of juicy blackcurrants and mulberries followed by a touch of liquorice, bay leaf infusions and spicy cedar. Bright finish with faintly chalky but otherwise fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of freshly crushed juicy blackcurrants and mulberries, some bay leaf infusions, light cedary tobacco characters and spice.
