Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Pronounced lime top notes are followed by citrus and green apple with tangy orange and talc end notes. Zesty lime flavours are again the dominate force on the palate intermingling with citrus, green apple and tangy orange rind. Finishes with good steely acidity and a long lime, tangy citrus, orange rind and mineral aftertaste.
