Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted lime and citrus aromas are followed by mandarin and mineral. The palate features flavours of ripe lime and citrus with mandarin infusions also present finishing with crunchy mineral infused acidity. Aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus, mandarin and zesty minerality.
