Barrel fermented with 8 months on yeast lees. Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe peaches and apricot laced with honeycomb are followed by some subtle toast, citrusy nougat notes and spice. Despite its mouthfilling texture the wine also has a citrus freshness running through it. Flavours of pears, apricots and honeysuckle overlay spicy citrus on the dry finish. Vibrant acidity with an aftertaste of ripe pears, apricots, honeysuckle and spicy ripe citrus.
