2015 Marabino Rosso di Contrada

Made from Nero d’Avola grapes. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Fresh Morello cherry aromas combine with black cherries, liquorice, earth and aromatic herbs. The juicy palate dishes up generous flavours of Morello cherries, liquorice and black cherries over earthy dried herb infusions and spice. Chewy tannins along with vibrant acidity making for an energetic finish. Brightly lit juicy red fruit, dried herb, light earth and spice aftertaste.
