Certified organic. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. On the nose ripe morello cherry and liquorice aromas combine with black plum, vanillin oak, earth and spicy cinnamon. Medium to full bodied with a plush feel, ripe morello cherry, black plum and liquorice fruits are overtaken by prominent vanillin characters on the back palate with some earthy cinnamon also chiming in. Ripe chewy tannins with a medium length aftertaste.
