Certified Organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears intermixed with honeysuckle are followed by applely notes, a hint of quince and spice. The palate is full in texture and quite fruity but finishes dry and fresh. Flavours of dried pears and red apples laced with honeysuckle are to the fore over a background of quince with a dry mineral laden finish and vibrant fresh acidity. Aftertaste of dried pears, quince and mineral.
