2015 Lunar Apoge Chateauneuf du Pape

Lunar Apoge Beige is one of a range of wines produced by Domaine Des Carabiniers in the Rhone, a family owned estate that has a strong focus on biodynamic farming. Their Chateauneuf du Pape is a blend of 80% Grenache, with the balance a mix of Mourvedre, Syrah, Cinsault, and Counoise. A little over half of the grapes are destemmed, before temperature-controlled fermentation in vats before being aged 40% in barrels and 60% in vats.
