2015 Louis Jadot Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Slatey citrus like aromas intermix with hints of gun flint and light pear over a back drop of subtle mineral elements and fresh herbs. The palate shows good freshness for the vintage with flavours of pear and citrus carried by delicate gun flint infusions, wet stone and mineral. Finishes dry and crisp with an aftertaste of pears, citrus, light gun flint and stony mineral characters.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
