Fermented and matured in French oak barriques. Bright pale straw colour with tinges of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromatics of spicy ripe peaches, apricots and tropical fruits are followed by some honeyed nougat. Fleshy peach and apricot flavours dominate the fruit driven palate over some vanillin oak and spicy nougat. Round flush mouthfeel with soft acidity on the finish. Aftertaste of ripe peaches, apricots, vanillin oak and spicy nougat.
