Brilliant straw colour with tinges of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Delicately scented the nose displays aromas of citrus, subtle dried honey and a light nuttiness with spice end notes. The palate has good richness and a broad textural feel but finishes off nice and fresh. Flavours of pear, dried honey and citrus with some light hazelnut and spice adding further interest on the back palate. Dry with a bright fresh finish and aftertaste of pear, dried honey, citrus and spicy hazelnut.
