2015 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc underwent 50% barrel fermentation and displays a brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of passionfruit, green apple and citrus are followed by some light grassy herbaceous characters and dried herb notes. Light and elegant, flavours of guava combine with crunchy green apple over some herbaceous grassiness and light spicy herbs and cedar. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of guava, citrus, herbaceous grassy characters and subtle spicy fresh herbs.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
