Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green on the edges. Lime, orange rind and citrus aromas lead the way on the nose followed by some green apple and talcy mineral notes. Dry and steely in texture the palate has tightly coiled flavours of lime, green apple and citrus with a steely mineral infused finish. Fresh crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of lime, green apple, citrus and steely mineral.
