2015 Leasingham Bin 61 Shiraz

Trophy winner at the Clare show. Totally opaque black as night core with a dark purple hue. The nose exudes ripe dark plum and liquorice aromatics with ensuing blueberry, vanillin cedar and spice notes. Medium to full bodied with a fleshy textural feel, juicy dark plum, ripe blueberry and liquorice flavours fill the mouth over a back drop of spicy vanillin cedar and confectionary. Velvet like tannins with an aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice, vanillin cedar and confectionary.
