Semi translucent dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Lifted ripe dark cherry and subtle anise aromas merge into some toasty cedar and spice notes. Flavours of dark cherries laced with a hint of sour cherries and fresh herbs are overlaid by vanillin cedar and some spice. Bright finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries infused with some sour cherries, fresh herbs, vanillin cedar and spice.
