2015 Las Vino Syrah

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Scented aromas of liquorice, ripe black cherry and blackberries meld into some lightly smoked vanillin cedar with meaty pepper end notes. Elegant and seamless across the palate yet possessing good richness this is a very understated and refined example of Barossa Shiraz. Liquorice, black cherry and blackberry flavours greet the palate with some meatiness, well integrated vanillin cedar and pepper also evident. Bright acidity with structured yet velvet like tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, subtle black cherries, dried meats and pepper.
