2015 Lambrook Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of passionfruit, green apple, citrus and a light herbaceous grassy note emerge from the glass. Crunchy palate flavours of passionfruit, lime and green apple fill the mouth followed by a fresh citrus finish with a hint of herbaceousness also present. Crisp acidity with a long aftertaste of passionfruit, lime, crunchy green apple and citrus.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
