Totally opaque black dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Liquorice and blackberry top notes overlay lightly toasted vanillin cedar, hints of dark chocolate and pepper. Medium bodied with an elegant feel the palate possesses fleshy blackberry and liquorice flavours which meld onto spicy vanillin oak and traces of earthy choc mint. Soft finely grained tannins concluding with blackberry, liquorice, choc mint, earthy vanillin cedar and spice.
