Aged in French oak for up to 9 months this Chardonnay nonetheless comes across as an unwooded style. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and tropical fruit aromas emerge from the glass followed by some melon and spice. Light and refreshing the palate has flavours of peach and tropical fruits over some citrus and melon. Crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of melon, peach and citrusy mineral.
