2015 Josef Chromy Pinot Noir

A very savoury, finely structured Pinot Noir with a magnificent power wave of flavour.

Semi translucent dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of dark cherries and plum laced with anise overlay some game like characters, subtle herb infusions and spicy cedar. Lightly weighted but possessing an outstanding power wave the palate is blessed with perfectly ripened fruit flavours of spicy dark cherries and strawberries over background nuances of lightly toasted cedar, some meatiness and subtle dried herb infusions. Graceful supple texture with vibrant acidity and refined, velvet like tannins. Long finish of spicy dark cherries, ripe strawberries, meaty characters, lightly toasted cedar and dried herbs.
