Fruit for this wine was sourced from the Yarra Valley & King Valley. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears, sliced Jonathan apple, citrus and spice. Light and lively the palate has flavours of fresh pears, red apples and citrus with some mineral infusions on the refreshingly dry finish. Aftertaste of pears, apples, citrus and light mineral.
