Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Grassy citrus notes are mixed in with some fresh herb characters, cedary pencil shavings and spice. Fresh and vibrant, herbaceous grassy characters are laced with herbs and asparagus with citrus and spice following on. Nicely rounded textural feel with a crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus, citrus and light spicy pencil shaving characters.
