Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and pear merge their way into some biscuity oak with underlying cashew and lime notes. Fresh and mouthfilling the palate has flavours of ripe nectarines and pears intermixed with honeyed cashew and light spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe nectarines, pears, subtle dried honey and cashew.
