2015 Hirsch Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant and mulberry aromas intermix with cigar box, tobacco, earthy black olives, dried herbs and spice. Medium bodied the palate is doused with rich blackcurrant fruit which overlays a back drop of spicy mulberry, black olive, cedary tobacco characters and dried herbs. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins provide plenty of structure and lead into a medium to long aftertaste.
