Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Top notes of lemon and lime merge into some toast and waxy kerosene aromas with spice end notes. Showing early stages of development the palate has a core of steely acidity around which are built flavours of lime and citrus followed by subtle emerging toasty kerosene like characters and flinty mineral on the racy acid finish. Medium to long aftertaste of lime, citrus, toasty kerosene and steely mineral.
