Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Scented aromas of liquorice and choc mint are followed by vanillin cedar and hints of spice. Medium bodied with a soft fleshy mouthfeel the palate has elegant yet juicy flavours of liquorice and dark plums laced with choc mint over some vanillin cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, choc mint infusions, vanillin cedar and spice.
