A blend of 60% Nero D’Avola, 30% Alicante and 10% Nolera. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Black cherry and liquorice aromas run over earthy incense, leather and spice notes. Medium bodied with a chewy mouthfeel, earthy black cherry and liquorice flavours overlay infusions of incense and spicy leather. Finishes with bright acidity, slightly dryish, rustic tannins and a medium length aftertaste that leaves earthy leather remnants behind.
