Deep dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Scents of black raspberries and liquorice intermix with some fresh black cherries, light earth and blackpepper. Medium weighted the palate is loaded with rich black cherry, black raspberry and liquorice flavours which overlay some confectionary and spicy pepper characters. Very well integrated velvet like tannins with good fresh balanced acidity. Savoury finish of black raspberries, liquorice, black cherries, traces of earth and spicy pepper.
