2015 Haldon The Edgar Wallace Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red core with a very dark red hue. Aromas of ripe red to black currant are tied to tobacco leaf and dried herb scents with dusty cedar and spicy black olive undertones also evident. Medium to full bodied, rich red to blackcurrant flavours infused with tobacco leaf and black olives overlay dried herbs, vanillin cedar and spice. Sturdy tannins impart some firmness to the finish with a medium to long aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
