2015 Greenock Creek Apricot Block Shiraz

Impenetrable black as night core with a deep dark red black hue. Intense aromas of black plum, liquorice and liquored black cherries waft from the glass followed by vanillin oak, fresh boot polish and spice. Rich, opulently textured flavours of black plum, liquorice and dark chocolate sit over a slab of vanillin oak and a touch of earth with a spicy finish. Massive weight and opulence with silky smooth tannins. There’s some heat on the finish with a long black plum, liquorice, vanillin oak, earthy boot polish and spice aftertaste.
