2015 Golding The Handcart Shiraz

Totally opaque black as night core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted ripe blackberry and liquorice aromas exude from the glass followed by smoky vanillin oak, subtle dried meats and spicy pepper. The palate possesses good weight and an abundance of rich juicy fruit flavours that include blackberry and liquorice over lightly smoked vanillin cedar with some spice and pepper infusions on the finish. Plush textural feel with velvety like tannins and an aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, vanillin oak and pepper.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
