2015 Foster e Rocco Sangiovese

Deep dark red core with a brick red hue showing signs of development. The nose exhibits aromas of spice as well as dark and dried cherries followed by hints of tarred earth and dried herbs. Ripe sweet dark cherry palate entry with juicy dark plums, earthy cedar and dried herbs also evident. Dry spicy finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark and Morello cherries, earthy cedar, subtle dried herb infusions and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
