2015 Flametree Embers Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted red currant and mulberry aromatics intermix with cedary tobacco characters, a faint hint of earth and spicy dried herb end notes. Medium bodied with an elegant feel, ripe red and blackcurrant flavours provide good richness, sitting over a background mulberry, cedary tobacco infusions and spice. Dryish, fine grained tannins. Good length with an aftertaste of spicy blackcurrant, mulberries, subtle cedary tobacco infusions and dried herbs.
Cellar 5-6 years.
