This barrel fermented Rose displays a translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Delightful, yet subtle aromas of red cherries, raspberries and strawberries emerge over some light spicy Turkish delight. Light and fresh but with good textural appeal the palate features flavours of strawberries and raspberries intermixed with a touch of musk followed by some spice. Clean dry finish with bright acidity and an aftertaste of strawberries, raspberries and spicy musk.
