2015 Etienne Boileau Petit Chablis

Sourced drom a single parcel of vines grown on Portlandian clay this is classic Petit Chablis, crisp and dry, fruit-forward and easy-going. Vinified and aged in 100% stainless steel for 6 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with flecks of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of lime, spicy green apples and pears meld into some distinct wet stone notes followed by subtle fresh herb infusions. Quite full in the mouth with a rounded pebble stone like textural feel this impressive Petit Chablis offers up generous flavours of pear and lime infused with wet stone, finishing dry and slatey with cleansing acidity. Aftertaste of limes, pears, wet stones, subtle herb infusions and mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
