Opaque dark purple black colour with a bright dark purple hue. Nosing reveals lifted aromas of liquorice, ripe blueberries and blood plums over toasty vanillin cedar, confectionary and light pepper. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses both freshness and richness with flavours of dark plums, ripe blueberries and liquorice decorating the mouth with an elegant sense of opulence. Nuances of subtlety toasted vanillin cedar, earth and spice ensue. Vibrant finish with silky smooth tannins and a long aftertaste of dark plums, blueberries, liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice.
