A dry steely Riesling. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Fresh lime and lemon scents are to the fore followed by green apple and light steely mineral. Dry and light in weight with a steely spine the palate has flavours of fresh lime, green apple, steel and citrusy mineral infusions. Racy acidity with an aftertaste of lime, crunchy green apple and steely mineral.
