Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose is scented with grapefruit, citrus and nectarine with hints of flinty mineral also evident. Light and fresh with flavours of grapefruit and citrus the driving force over some faint biscuity oak and flinty mineral. Clean dry finish with lively acidity. Aftertaste of grapefruit, citrus and flinty mineral.
