2015 Domaine Laroche Saint Martin Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Flinty citrus, green apple and lime aromas are followed by hints of green herbs, wet slate and mineral. Light in body, very fresh and possessing a linear mouthfeel, elegant flavours of citrus, pear and lime infused with wet slate and flinty mineral characters race across the palate. Dry finish with bracing acidity. Aftertaste of lime, green apple, wet slate and flinty mineral.
