2015 Doc Adams DA Shiraz

Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. The nose exhibits liquorice and ripe dark cherry top notes followed by toasty vanillin oak, a hint of earth and spice. Full bodied with a juicy mouthfeel, rich flavours of blackberries, dark cherries and liquorice sit over toasty vanillin oak with a spicy finish. Velvety tannins. Aftertaste of luscious ripe dark cherries, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
