2015 Di Giorgio Family Montepulciano

Totally opaque black as night dark red colour with a dark red hue. Ripe dark cherry and blackberry aromas combine with some liquorice over vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Bold generously textured blackberry and liquorice flavours provide the medium to full bodied palate with plenty of richness. Underscoring the fruit is some lightly toasted vanillin cedar, a hint of earth and spice. Fleshy mouthfeel and velvety tannins. Medium to long finish of blackberries, liquorice, earthy vanillin cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
