A blend of 60% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark plum, choc mint and liquorice intermix with vanillin cedar and spice. The soft velvety palate is filled with flavours of ripe dark berries and dark chocolate which overlay some mint, vanillin cedar and spice. Slightly dryish fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark berries, choc mint, vanillin cedar and spice.
