Brilliant water like colour with very pale straw edges and a watery hue. Aromas of freshly cut pear and Jonathan apple are to the fore followed by some musk, subtle rose petal infusions and spice. The palate is light to medium bodied with flavours of ripe pears, spicy apples and musk. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of fresh pears, musk, apple and spice.
