Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark plum and liquorice interplay with toasty vanillin cedar and subtle spice notes. Medium to full bodied, juicy dark plum and liquorice flavours rule the palate with an undercard of vanillin oak and spice. Fleshy textural feel with velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark plums, blackberry, liquorice and spicy vanillin oak.
