2015 Connor Park Shiraz

Matured for 18 months on American oak. Impenetrable pitch black core with a deep dark red black hue. Heady ripe blackberry, dark chocolate and liquorice aromas overlay vanillin oak and mocha notes. Rich, dense and plush the palate pushes the boundaries of ripeness delivering a thick, voluptuously textured flavour profile of black plums, liquorice, vanillin oak, mocha and spice. Silky smooth tannins with traces of heat on the lusty finish. Medium to long luscious black plum, liquorice, vanillin oak and spicy mocha aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
