2015 Chardonnay d'Soumah

Fermented and matured in 100% seasoned oak barriques. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose exhibits delicate white peach and nectarine aromas over subtle dried honey, biscuity oak and spice notes. Light in body with a linear textural feel the palate is subtlety flavoured with nectarines and white peaches followed by traces of dried honey, biscuit and spice. Finishes very dry and fresh with an aftertaste of ripe nectarine, subtle dried honey, lightly toasted biscuit and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years.
