Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Fresh peach, lime, green apple and citrus aromas are followed by some flinty mineral. The palate possesses terrific concentration with peach, tropical fruit and citrus flavours dominate over a touch of lime and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish. Excellent length with a long aftertaste of fresh peaches, tropical fruits, melon and subtle spice.
