2015 Cannibal Creek Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Light passionfruit top notes are intermixed with some herbaceous grassy characters, gooseberries, citrus and fresh asparagus. The palate possesses lively flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberries over some grassy asparagus characters and faint pencil shavings. Nicely textured feel with fresh acidity on the finish. Long aftertaste of gooseberries, subtle passionfruit, herbaceous asparagus characters and lightly spiced cedar.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
